1. What StockRadr is — and isn't
StockRadr publishes derived market research, commentary, and educational content about the Indian stock market. It is not investment advice, not a tip or recommendation service, and not portfolio management. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Markets carry risk; you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
2. No market-data redistribution
Content on StockRadr consists of our own derived analytics, classifications, rankings, and opinions. StockRadr does not redistribute real-time or delayed exchange market data feeds.
3. Your account & fair use
- Access is personal and non-transferable — don't share your login.
- Don't scrape, republish, resell, or mass-distribute the content — short quotes with attribution are fine.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Memberships & billing
Paid memberships (when launched) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges: contact support within 7 days.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard on accuracy but make no guarantee that content is complete, correct, or timely, and we accept no liability for trading or investment outcomes arising from its use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
